Hi. I am Cris Millstein.
The Good Difference is a place for women who lost themselves or got stuck along the way taking care of everyone else.
Here you will find ideas for healthy habits to improve your overall health and wellness. There is a TON of information out there, and it can be very overwhelming to the point of never starting. Paralyzed in binge-watching tv while eating food that is prematurely aging us! It’s easy to stop living and begin existing.
My hope is that you find some practical ways here to lean into healthier and regain your confidence, have more energy, and feel better than you have in years.
As women, we frequently are worried about our external beauty and neglect the internal. It is never too late to start reversing the negative effects of bad habits imposed on your bodies, minds, and souls.
Forming good habits is the next way to improve our quality of life. (It’s amazing how quickly we can take on bad ones!) Replacing bad habits for good ones will help us make the desired changes and keep them for the rest of our life. Building discipline in all areas of your life is vital to good health.
Living in a broken world can be overwhelming. I have learned why The”God Difference” is vital to living life with purpose, less fear, less anxiety.
