It has been my experience personally that these three subjects are vital to be happier, feel more fulfilled, and less fearful and anxious. Your body is your temple. It is the only one you get. So often we concern ourselves with our external beauty that we neglect our internal health. As women, we care for so many people that we tend to neglect our own health. It is never too late to start reversing the negative effects of bad habits you have imposed on your body.

Forming good habits is the next way to improve the quality of your life. It’s amazing how quickly we can take on bad ones! Replacing the bad habits for good will help you make the desired changes and keep them for the rest of your life. Building discipline in all areas of your life is vital to good health.

After almost three decades behind the chair as a colorist, I have spoken to thousands of women of all ages. The truth is that no matter how different we are, we are all very much the same! We experience pain, brokenness, fear, anxiety, and guilt at different times in our life. Most women would agree that they want to be healthier, feel more joy, and be a Good Difference in the world and helps others. Together I believe we can get there!
